Welcome to use TeamFree products and services!

Tip: Before using TeamFree products and services, you should carefully read and abide by the ” TeamFree Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this agreement”) and ” TeamFree Privacy Policy”. Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses of exemption or limitation of liability, dispute resolution and applicable laws. The terms of exemption or limitation of liability may be displayed in bold font, and you should read them emphatically.

When you read and agree to this agreement and complete all registration procedures, or when you actually use the service in other ways allowed by TeamFree , it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the entire content of this agreement, and this agreement is legally binding force. You promise to accept and abide by the provisions of this agreement. At that time, you should not claim that this agreement is invalid or request to revoke this agreement on the grounds that you have not read the content of this agreement or have not received an answer from TeamFree to your inquiry.

 

1. Contracting subject

This agreement is between the user who uses the TeamFree service through the TeamFree client and the TeamFree conference system software, hardware, or other means (hereinafter referred to as ” user ” or ” you “) and Shenzhen Jiancheng Cloud Vision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as ” Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company “, ” Jiancheng Cloud Vision ” or ” we “) jointly concluded.

2. Content and effectiveness of the agreement

  1. The content of this agreement includes the text of this agreement and all privacy policies, various policies, rules, statements, notices, warnings, reminders, and instructions that we have published or may publish in the future (hereinafter referred to as “rules”). The aforementioned rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
  2. Giantsee has the right to formulate and revise this agreement and related rules from time to time as needed. The revised agreement and rules will be posted on the official website of Giantsee (link: www.giantsee.comor www.team-free.cnor www.team-free.com ) seven ( 7) days in advance Notify you in the form of an announcement and the original agreement and rules will take effect after the announcement is completed. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you should stop using TeamFree services immediately; if you continue to use TeamFree services or conduct any website activities, it means that you have accepted the revised agreement and rules.

3. Service content

  1. TeamFree products and services include TeamFree client and TeamFree conference system hardware, software or services ( ” TeamFree service “, the details are subject to those provided by Jiancheng Cloud Vision). Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company will continue to enrich the terminals and forms you use this service, and this agreement automatically applies to your use of all versions of software and services.

This agreement does not apply to services provided directly to you by other third parties through the aforementioned devices or the TeamFree client (collectively referred to as “third-party services”).

  1. In accordance with this agreement, “TeamFree Privacy Policy” and other applicable rules, Jiancheng Cloud Vision licenses you to use the TeamFree software in a non-transferable and non-exclusive manner. You may make one copy of the Software for backup purposes only. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software. All other rights not expressly authorized by this article and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company. When exercising these rights, you must obtain the authorization of Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company. written permission. If Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company fails to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
  2. The content of this service includes support for technical functions such as address book, audio and video calls, audio and video conferences, etc. These functional services may be optimized or modified according to changes in user needs, due to different service versions, or unilateral judgment of the service provider, or temporarily suspended due to regular or unscheduled maintenance.
  3. Giantsee has the right to decide on its own to change, upgrade, modify, and transfer the service or any part of the service and its related functions and application software, and publish a notice on the official website of Giantsee (giantsee.comor team-free.cnor team-free.com).

 

4. Registration and account management

  1. Click to agree to the “Personal Information Protection Guidelines” on the TeamFree client or TeamFree conference system interface, and the registration process will be completed automatically.
  2. You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the service in other ways permitted by TeamFree, you should be a natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and appropriate capacity for the civil acts you are engaged in. If you do not have the aforementioned subject qualifications, please do not use the service, otherwise you and your authorized attorney should bear all the consequences arising therefrom, and Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company has the right to cancel (permanently freeze) your account and to lodge a claim to you and your authorized attorney. Guardian claims.
  3. You understand and agree that the ownership of the TeamFree registered account belongs to Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company. After the registration is completed, you only get the right to use the account. The right to use the TeamFree account belongs only to the initial applicant registrant, and shall not be transferred or provided to others in any way, otherwise, Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company has the right to withdraw the account immediately without notice, and the resulting damages due to your use of this All data, information, etc. generated by the service are emptied, lost, etc., and you should bear it yourself.
  4. After you successfully register, TeamFree will identify your identity and authorize you to log in according to your identity elements. The “identity element” is your device information, which will be changed if you uninstall the client or replace the device. You promise that if your account is used without authorization or any other security issues occur, you will immediately notify Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company, and you agree and confirm that Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company will not be responsible for the above-mentioned responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the situation. Your account may not be transferred, gifted or inherited in any way (except property interests related to the account), unless required by law or judicial ruling, and with the consent of World Bank.
  5. If you uninstall the TeamFree client or stop using the service, Jiancheng Cloud Vision has the right to deal with the content and information related to the account, including but not limited to deletion, and does not need to bear any responsibility to the user.

 

5. Specifications for Service Use

  1. You fully understand and agree that TeamFree only provides a service platform for users, and you shall be solely responsible for all actions and results of using the service. Correspondingly, you should understand that the use of TeamFree services may lead to the risk of illegal or improper behavior (or information) from others, and you should judge and act on your own, and bear the corresponding risks by yourself.
  2. You shall bear the expenses incurred by using the service by yourself, including but not limited to Internet traffic charges, communication service charges, etc.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, the services under this agreement can only be used for non-commercial purposes. You undertake not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or use any part of the Service or the use or acquisition of the Service, including but not limited to advertising and any other commercial purposes.
  4. You promise not to use this service for any illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to the following:

4.1 Upload, transmit or share information that contains one of the following contents:
(a) that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(b) that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, and undermines national unity;
(c) damages National honor and interests;
(d) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(e) Undermining national religious policies, propagating cults and feudal superstitions;
(f) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability (
g) Disseminate obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigate crimes;
(h) Insult or defame others, infringe on the legal rights of others

(i)Contains false, deceptive, harmful, threatening, invasive, harassing, infringing, slanderous , vulgar, obscene, or other morally objectionable content;

(j) Contains other content that is restricted or prohibited by laws, regulations, rules, ordinances applicable to China or the national jurisdiction laws of your country, as well as any norms with legal effect

4.2 Impersonating any person or organization, or stating or falsely claiming to be related to any person or organization in a false way;

4.3 Forge titles or manipulate identification information in other ways to make people mistakenly believe that the content is transmitted by Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company or its affiliated companies;

4.4 Upload, transmit or share any content that is known but has no right to transmit according to any legal or contractual or statutory relationship (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed due to employment relationships and confidentiality contracts);

4.5 Upload, transmit or share content that is suspected of infringing on the rights of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets);

4.6 Track or harass others in other ways, or send a large amount of information to friends or other users through this service;

4.7 Upload, transmit or share any advertising, promotional information, promotional materials, “spam”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “direct marketing” or any other form of solicitation; Except for regional or dedicated functions;

4.8 Since this service is not designed for some specific purposes, you may not use this service in important fields including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, transportation and communication. Jiancheng Cloud Vision shall not be liable for any casualties, property losses, or environmental damage caused by the failure of the above operations due to software or services;

4.9 Conduct any behavior beyond normal internal or external information communication and communication between friends or users;

4.10 For the purpose of internal or external information communication and exchange between normal friends or users (including but not limited to the purpose of sending advertisements, spam, harassment or violations of laws and regulations), by adding or inducing others to add Make yourself and other users form friendships (friendships include but not limited to one-way friendships and two-way friendships, the same below);

4.11 Behaviors that violate the requirements of the “seven bottom lines” such as compliance with laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, citizens’ legitimate interests, public order, social morality, and information authenticity;

4.12 Engage in any behavior that violates Chinese laws, regulations, rules, policies and regulatory documents.

  1. You promise not to engage in the following behaviors with respect to the software and services:

5.1 Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit information about software viruses or other computer codes, files and programs that interfere with, destroy or limit the functions of any computer software, hardware or communication equipment;

5.2 Interfere with or destroy the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service, or violate any regulations, procedures, policies or norms related to the network connected to the Service;

5.3 By modifying or forging the instructions and data in the running of the software, adding, deleting, or changing the functions or operating effects of the software, or operating or disseminating the software or methods used for the above purposes, regardless of whether these acts are for commercial purposes or not ;

5.4 Log in or use software and services through third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, systems that are not developed or authorized by Jiancheng Cloud Vision, or make, publish, and disseminate the above tools;

5.5 Interfere with the software and its components, modules, data, etc. by yourself, authorizing others or using third-party software.

  1. You promise that you will strictly abide by this agreement when using TeamFree services.
  2. You agree and accept that  Jiancheng Cloud Vision has the right to review, supervise and take corresponding actions on your use of services, including but not limited to deleting information, suspending or terminating services, and reporting to relevant authorities.
  3. You promise not to use this service in any form to infringe on the commercial interests of  Jiancheng Cloud Vision, or engage in any behavior that may cause damage to  Jiancheng Cloud Vision or be detrimental to  Jiancheng Cloud Vision.
  4. You understand and agree that during your use of the  TeamFree service,  Jiancheng Cloud Vision and its affiliated companies or other third-party partners will send you advertising, promotion or publicity information (including commercial or non-commercial information) , Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company will perform relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the law (including providing you with the function of choosing to close the advertising information), and you should judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertising information by yourself and be responsible for your own judgment behavior; Except as expressly provided by law, Jiancheng Cloud Vision shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to transactions based on the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
  5. You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content you come into contact with when using this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or practicality of the content. Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by you due to the aforementioned risks.
  6. If Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company discovers or receives reports from others that you have violated this agreement, Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company has the right to verify, forward notification, delete, and block the relevant reported content in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. And take measures including but not limited to recovering the account, restricting, suspending, terminating your use of part or all of the service, and pursuing legal responsibilities.

 

6. Service Fee

  1. Any free trial or free functions and services of this service shall not be deemed as the right of Jiancheng Cloud Vision to waive subsequent charges. Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company has the right to notify you of the charging standard and charging method in the form of an announcement on the Jiancheng Cloud Vision official website and /or in the specific TeamFree service application 7 days in advance. If you continue to use the relevant TeamFree services, you need to pay the corresponding fees according to the charging standards announced by Jiancheng Cloud Vision.
  2. All fees must be paid in advance through the payment methods accepted by Jiancheng Cloud Vision. The above-mentioned usage fee does not include any other taxes, fees or related remittance expenses, otherwise you should make up the payment or pay the fee yourself.
  3. Jiancheng Cloud Vision has the right to unilaterally adjust the fee standard and charging method 7 days in advance according to the actual situation, and notify you in the form of an announcement without your prior consent. If you do not agree with the charging, you should stop using the service immediately. Otherwise, using it is deemed that you have agreed and should pay the fee.
  4. You should pay for the Internet access fees that may be incurred by using this service, as well as communication fees and information fees charged by other third parties.
  5. You understand and agree that when using the multi-party communication service and voice service in this software, the TeamFree service needs to provide services through the network provided by the telecom operator, and the telecom operator will charge you a certain communication fee (including if the user is in When you are roaming in a different place, you need to pay the roaming answering fee).
  6. You understand and are aware that when you initiate a TeamFree single or multi-person Internet-based call, your corresponding traffic will be consumed during the call.

 

7. Special Authorization

  1. When you make any form of commitment to Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company and its affiliated companies, and the relevant company has confirmed that you have violated the commitment, Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company has the right to immediately process your account in accordance with your commitment. Take restrictive measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the provision of services to you, and publicizing your breach of contract confirmed by the relevant company. You understand and agree that Jiancheng Cloud Vision does not need to check the facts with you for the relevant confirmation, or obtain your consent separately, and Jiancheng Cloud Vision does not need to bear any responsibility to you for this restrictive measure or publicity.
  2. Once you violate this agreement or other agreements signed with Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company, Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company has the right to notify the affiliated companies of Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company in any way and ask them to take restrictive measures against your rights and interests , including but not limited to requiring affiliates of Jiancheng Cloud Vision to suspend or terminate some or all of the services provided to you, and publicize your breach of contract on any website operated or actually controlled by it.

 

8. Service Suspension or Termination

  1. In view of the particularity of Internet services, Jiancheng Cloud Vision has the right to change the service content, and may interrupt, suspend or terminate all or any part of the services, including free services and /or fee-based services, and in Jiancheng You will be notified in the form of a public announcement on the official website of Cloud Vision.
  2. You understand and agree that Jiancheng Cloud Vision may regularly or irregularly maintain or overhaul the platform equipment, facilities, software and hardware that provide network services. Chengyunshi does not need to take responsibility, but it should notify you in advance in the form of a public notice on the Jiancheng official website.
  3. In case of any of the following violations, Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the service for you and demand compensation for your losses:

3.2 The user fails to pay the corresponding service fee as required when using the paid network service;

3.3 The user violates the provisions of the fifth service usage specification.

 

9. Privacy Policy

  1. Jiancheng Cloud Vision strives to take various reasonable physical, electronic and management security measures to protect your information, so that your information and communication content stored in TeamFree will not be leaked, damaged or lost, including but Not limited to SSL, information encrypted storage, data center access control. We have also adopted strict management on employees or outsourced personnel who may have access to information, including but not limited to adopting different authority controls according to different positions, signing confidentiality agreements with them, and monitoring their operations and other measures. TeamFree will provide corresponding security measures according to the existing technology to protect your information and provide reasonable security protection. TeamFree will try its best at any time to prevent your information from being leaked, damaged or lost, but please also pay attention to There are no absolutely perfect security measures on the information network, please keep relevant information properly.
  2. You should take good care of your terminal and account, and keep relevant information and content properly. You are solely responsible for the loss or theft of data due to your own reasons, as well as the deletion or storage failure of related data in the software and services.

10. Intellectual property rights

  1. You understand and agree that, unless otherwise stated by Jiancheng Cloud Vision, all products, technologies, software, programs, data and other information (including but not limited to text, images, pictures, photos, audio All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) and related rights of , videos, charts, colors, layout designs, and electronic documents are owned by Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company or its affiliated companies.
  2. You should guarantee that, unless authorized in writing by Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company, you shall not (and shall not allow any third party) implement the above rights, including but not limited to renting, lending, selling, distributing, copying, modifying, reprinting, compiling , publish, publish, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile, or otherwise discover source code, etc.
  3. TeamFree’s Logo, “TeamFree” and other words, graphics and their combinations, as well as other TeamFree logos, emblems, and TeamFree service names are registered trademarks of Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company and its affiliated companies in China and other countries. Without the written authorization of Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company, no one may display, use or do other processing in any way (including but not limited to copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading), and shall not indicate to others that you have the right to display , use or do other processing.
  4. The intellectual property rights of all TeamFree products, services, technologies and all applications or their components/functions/names (hereinafter referred to as “technical services”) are owned by Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company or its right holders.
  5. You understand and agree to authorize Jiancheng Cloud Vision to use your name, trademark, and logo in publicity and promotion, but only to indicate that you are our customer or partner.

 

11. Limited Liability

  1. The service will be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Jiancheng Cloud Vision hereby expressly declares that it does not make any express or implied guarantees for the services, including but not limited to the applicability of the services, no errors or omissions, continuity, accuracy, reliability, and suitability for a specific purpose warranties, representations or promises of the kind.
  2. Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company does not promise or guarantee the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the service.
  3. In any case, Jiancheng Cloud Vision is not responsible for Internet connection failures, computer, communication or other system failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, riots, lack of productivity or means of production, fire , Floods, storms, explosions, force majeure, wars, government actions, orders from international and domestic courts, or inactions by third parties for inability to provide or delay services.
  4. Regardless of whether it is foreseeable or not, and regardless of the form of behavior, Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company is not responsible for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, sudden or causal relationship caused by the following reasons Liability for damages or any other damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or interest, business interruption, loss of data):

You fully understand and agree that, in view of the particularity of the Internet system and environment, the information and personal data you share in the service may be copied, reproduced, altered without authorization or used for other illegal purposes; you are hereby fully aware The existence of such risks and confirming that such risks shall be entirely borne by you, and Jiancheng Cloud Vision shall not be liable for this.
  2. You understand and agree that there may be threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content or behavior from any other person or violation of other people’s rights (including intellectual property rights) and anonymity during the use of the service. Based on the service usage specification, such risks shall be borne by you, and Jiancheng Cloud Vision shall not bear any responsibility for this.

12. Liability for breach of contract and compensation

  1. If we discover or receive reports from others that you have violated this agreement, Jiancheng Cloud Vision has the right to delete or block the relevant content at any time without notice, and take measures including but not limited to restricting, suspending, and terminating your use of TeamFree account and service, restrict, suspend, terminate your use of part or all of this service (including but not limited to deleting address book, restricting adding members, restricting audio and video calls or adding friends, etc.), pursuing legal responsibility and other measures.

You agree that due to the information you upload, transmit or share through the service, the use of other functions of the service, the violation of this agreement, or your infringement of any rights of others, any third party shall submit to Jiancheng Cloud Vision and its affiliates You agree to compensate in full for any claim or request made by the company, or any losses incurred by Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company and its affiliated companies (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees).

13. Effective notice

  1. Any notice sent to you by Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company may be in the form of e-mail, page public area announcement, personal network area reminder or regular letter, and such notice shall be deemed to have been sent to you within 7 days from the date of sending User delivered or effective.
  2. You agree that any notice you send to TeamFree shall be sent to Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company for official announcement or inform the user of online or offline contact information, mailing address, email, etc. in the manner mentioned in Article 15. Contact information, or use other notification methods approved by Jiancheng Cloud Vision to deliver.

 

14. Dispute Resolution and Others

  1. The interpretation and application of this agreement, as well as disputes related to this agreement, shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the Shenzhen Nanshan District People’s Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
  2. If any clause f this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the above clause can be separated, and the rest will still have legal effect.
  3. If Jiancheng Cloud Vision Company waives the rights stipulated in this agreement when the user is negligent or breaches the contract, it shall not be deemed to waive the user’s other or future similar negligence or breach of contract.
  4. This agreement shall supersede all previous oral and written agreements, arrangements, understandings and communications between the two parties on any matter of this agreement.
  5. You understand and agree that Jiancheng Cloud Vision has the right to independently decide on business strategies and transfer all the rights and obligations under this agreement to its affiliated companies according to business adjustments. The transfer will be notified in the manner stipulated in this agreement. User undertakes not to object to this
